Lisa Gade reviews the Microsoft Surface Book 3, their iconic 2-in-1 convertible laptop, available in 13.5” and 15” sizes. The Book 3 models now come with higher watt chargers, Intel WiFi 6 and the same detachable “clipboard” tablets with Surface Pen support (pen not included).
