Longtime Michigan MMA veteran Erick Lozano’s debut in the world of bare knuckle fighting on Friday night was a painful one.

During the main card of BKFC 12, Lozano and Lorenzo Hunt had a hard-fought battle through two rounds. In the third round, Hunt landed a vicious right hand over the top to put the 29-fight MMA veteran out cold. Check out the video.

Hunt also has an MMA background competing for promotions such as Titan FC and Art of War, compiling a 3-5 record as a pro. Following a first-round submission loss in his most recent MMA contest in 2018, Hunt transitioned to the world of bare knuckle fighting and is now 2-1 with finishes in both victories.

Lozano has now lost his last three combat sports bouts. Prior to Friday night, the 37-year-old lost consecutive fights to Cody Brundage, who recently competed on Dana White’s Contender Series.
